红烧肉马铃薯包菜

每天放工后我是用最快的速度来煮晚餐。这一道菜最适合不过了,马铃薯去皮切块,用油煎一煎。拿个小锅,把包菜,马铃薯放入,倒入一罐红烧猪肉,加入适量的水和少许的黑酱油,盖上盖子,焖煮20分钟至马铃薯软透就行了。由于罐头肉已经有调味了,所以除了黑酱油,我是没有加入任何调味料了。
