蒸排骨

腌了两天的排骨很入味,很好吃,美中不足的是蒸得不够软。

材料:排骨砍小块。

腌料: 水梅,蚝油,豆酱,酸梅酱,蒜头,姜丝,辣椒,糖适量,少许水和薯粉。

把全部腌料放入排骨里拌匀收进冰橱里腌隔夜,大火蒸30分钟。(我蒸了30分钟,觉得不够软,应该可以再蒸久一些,以让排骨够软)
