焖三层肉

超简单的一道,前提是用我的Sugawa 气压锅来煮。

三层肉洗净切块,放入热水汆烫一下捞起。用少许的油爆一爆蒜头,(蒜头不必去皮),放入三层肉炒一炒,下适量的蚝油,酱油,黑酱油和糖调味,加入少许的水后Sugawa气压锅里,用Meat的功能21分钟后,又软又香的三层肉就好了。
