烤叉烧

我不会买现成的叉烧,因为不能接受那红红色的色素。要吃叉烧,买条三层肉,放入调味料腌,放入烤炉里烤就行了。试过很多不同版本的叉烧腌制法,只要腌得入味,都觉得比外面卖的好吃。

这叉烧我用了糖,头抽,豆酱,绍兴酒和五香粉腌,预热烤炉,200度烤20分钟后反面再烤15分钟。烤好后涂些蜜糖再切块就行了。
