肉碎蒸蛋

这几乎是每个星期会煮的一道,有肉有蛋,咸咸香香的,只需把鸡蛋打散,加入水(比例大概是三粒蛋,两粒蛋的份量的水)加上肉碎和酱油,放入蒸炉里大火蒸熟就可以了。蒸这蛋不需像蒸水蛋一样,要蒸到滑滑的,水份也是大概大概的放,不必把蛋液沥过。很适合放工后回家煮,十五分钟里搞定一道。
