炸鸡块

原来放入鸡蛋腌过的肉是软的,这鸡胸肉吃起来一点都不会硬,只是放了酱油的鸡块炸起来会有点焦黑。卖相不好,味道倒是很好。

半个鸡胸肉切小块,放入酱油,绍兴酒,糖,五香粉,蒜头和一粒鸡蛋,拌匀后腌隔夜。放入面粉和少许薯粉混合后放入热油里炸熟,捞起,大火烧热油再放入快速炸,把油逼出来就可以了。
