 红烧鱼肉


买到新鲜的鱼,把鱼肉放入盐和胡椒粉拌匀,沾上薯粉把鱼块煎熟。

用少许的油爆香姜片蒜片,放入蒜子洋葱炒香后,放入白菜花和红萝卜,加入适量的水煮滚。

放入煎好的鱼块,放入豆酱和少许的糖调味,最后放入甜豆和用薯粉打芡。
