妈妈味道的酸甜鱼

把鱼煎好,再煮了汁淋在鱼上,我加了小辣椒下去,很好吃。

蒜头和小葱头,小辣椒,盐,糖,水适量。

调味料:3 汤匙辣椒酱,3汤匙番茄酱,1汤匙蚝油

放入适量的油,加入小辣椒炒,再把搅烂的蒜头和小葱头炒至香,加入调味料,水,糖和盐,用薯粉打芡。

一边鱼放入酱油给孩子们吃。
