京都肉

材料:肉片,洋葱,蒜头。

酱汁:冰片糖,番茄酱,白醋,水。

做法:

1)把酱油、糖、粟粉、紹兴酒,胡椒粉、麻油、蛋汁和肉片拌匀。


2)用少许的水把冰片糖煮溶,加入番茄酱和白醋调成酱汁。


3)烧热油,把肉片煎熟,捞起备用。


4)用适量的油把洋葱炒软,放入蒜头炒香后倒入酱汁煮滚。

5)把煎好的肉片拌入酱汁炒匀就可以了。
