蒜香烤鸡

其实烤鸡是最简单的,前提是在周末时把买回来的鸡处理好,放入调味料腌制好,收入冰橱里冷冻,要烤时前一晚拿出来解冻。放工后预热烤炉,我用180度烤40分钟,中途反面烤,加上一些菜洗一洗,就是一餐。

鸡腿划两刀,放入蒜头,酱油,黄糖和蜜糖,拌匀即可。这鸡腿在冰橱躺了一个星期后才拿出來烤,很香很入味,好吃😋。
