蒸豆腐

这是一道超简单的菜肴,买了水豆腐,放入盘里大火蒸十分钟,把豆腐蒸出来的水倒掉。用油爆香蒜头,放入肉碎中小火炒香,加入适量的黑酱油,糖和酱油调味,铺在蒸好的豆腐上,再淋些酱油和放些热水当些汁。豆腐的清甜加上肉碎的香,又是一道孩子们喜欢的菜肴。


注:肉碎在周末去菜市场买回来时,已经放入酱油,胡椒粉和粟粉拌匀,然后依照要煮一餐的份量放入小盒子放入冰橱的冷冻格,要煮的前一晚拿出放在冷藏格里解冻,蒜头我也是在周末里处理好收在冰橱里;放工回来就可以很快的煮好了。
