姜丝煎鱼

其实煎鱼不需要什么厨艺,加上妈妈教的煎鱼小秘诀,我是不会把煎鱼或是炸过的油拿来做回锅油,所以每次把煎剩的油放入些姜丝爆香,铺在鱼上,淋上酱油加上一点煎鱼的油,咸咸香香的,配饭配粥都行。
