三杯杏鲍菇

这是在脸书上学来的,简单又美味。。

材料:杏鲍菇,姜片,蒜头,九层塔,辣椒,50ml米酒,20ml酱油,糖。

做法:

1) 杏鲍菇洗净切块,放入热油里炒至黄色,捞起备用。

2) 麻油煸香姜片,下蒜头炒至金黄色后放入辣椒和杏鲍菇,放入米酒,酱油和糖炒至汁快收干时放入九层塔翻炒均匀就可。
