鸡胸肉炒白玉菇

我一天煮一餐三道菜肴,一定会有一道菜,一道汤/蛋/豆腐,一道鱼/猪肉/鸡肉。这道是从同事偷师而来的。鸡胸肉切片放入少许的黑胡椒,酱油和薯粉腌片刻。炒软洋葱丝,下鸡肉炒,放入适量的水和黑胡椒酱,煮至鸡肉熟透后放入白玉菇煮一下就可以了。
