黑森林鸡

很简单的一道菜,谢谢Jenny的介绍很好吃。

鸡腿两个,放入酱油,黑酱油,糖,胡椒粉和盐腌隔夜。南姜,老姜,当归和蒜头放入锅里煮至熟。我是放进我的Sugawa气压锅里煮,所以不必放水,选Meat的功能,二十一分钟后就煮好了。
