蔬菜煎蛋

这跟我之前煮过的日式烧饼有点相似,这次只用了包菜丝,红萝卜丝和洋葱丝,打了3粒鸡蛋,撒些盐和胡椒粉,加入两汤匙自发面粉和两汤匙水,拌匀后放入少许油中小火煎至两面熟,切块就行了。

蔬菜的清甜加上鸡蛋的香,简单又健康又美味可口,这是我们的晚餐。
