简易烤鸡

觉得烤鸡是一道不需什么”功夫”的,只需腌得够味,放入烤炉粒烤熟就可以了。

这是我的马来同事给的食谱,简单的材料,姜,小红葱,洋葱,蒜头。全部材料放入石臼粒搞烂,鸡腿肉划两条线,把姜红葱洋葱蒜碎放入鸡肉里,加入适量的盐,蚝油,甜酱油和蜜糖腌隔夜。 预热烤炉,160度烤15分钟厚翻面再烤15分钟即可。
