蒸水蛋

很开心蒸出这么滑滑的水蛋。

鸡蛋两粒,加入蛋液2倍的温开水,放入适量的盐和酱油。用叉子充分的打散,把打出来的泡沫捞掉, 过滤后放入盘子,再盖上一个比较大的盘。放入蒸笼里蒸,水滚后改用中火蒸15-20分钟至熟。
