脆炸鱼条

原食谱是拿来炸虾的,我把虾换成鲨鱼肉条。

鲨鱼切成条状,放入盐和胡椒粉腌。

面糊:自发面粉,一大汤匙粘米粉,半包 Eno,一粒鸡蛋,一大汤匙的油,搅拌均匀后加入适量的水调成面糊,最后放入青葱粒。

做法:

1)把鱼条沾上合隆粉,再沾上面糊,放入热油里炸熟就可以了。
