豆腐蒸水蛋

简单又美味的豆腐蒸蛋。。

材料:水豆腐一块,鸡蛋两粒,青葱粒,蒜头。

做法:

1)豆腐切块放入盘中。

2)鸡蛋打散,加入一半的水,我用AA蛋,两粒蛋等于150ml,加入75ml的水,过筛倒入盘中。

3)用一个盘子盖上去,大火蒸15-20分钟至熟。

4)炒香蒜头倒在蒸好的蛋上,蒜头的热油也一起倒入。

5)加入一汤匙的麻油和适量的酱油,撒上青葱粒就行了。
