Char Kueh Kat(炒粿角)

买了现成的Kueh Kat, 外面卖的通常很咸,自己炒可以依据个人喜好,咸甜辣自己拿捏。

炒粿角不可缺少的是菜脯和韭菜。。

把蒜头爆香后加入菜脯,慢火炒香菜脯后下豆芽和辣椒糊,再放入粿角,放入黑酱油和蚝油调味。最后放入鸡蛋和韭菜。
