杏鲍菇炒肉

卖菜的老板娘介绍我买的,还很耐心的教我怎么煮,她交代一定要用手撕那杏鲍菇,用刀切口感就没那么好吃。

简单的姜丝,鸡胸肉片(用酱油,胡椒粉和黍粉腌)和杏鲍菇,加上用蚝油,头抽和黑酱油调味。

用麻油爆香姜丝,捞起备用。放入杏鲍菇炒后加入肉片,下适量的水和调味料,最后用黍粉打芡和撒上姜丝就可以了。
