Chicken Katsudon

太美味了,自认可以煮出日式餐馆里的Katsudon, yummy.

鸡胸肉用刀背剁一剁,放入黑胡椒,生抽王和盐腌隔夜。

把鸡胸肉沾上面粉,再沾上蛋液,最后沾上面包糠。

烧热油,煎熟后切成条状。

用一小锅,放入200ml的水,50ml的mirin, 25ml的酱油和一小匙糖,煮滚后放入洋葱煮至软。把煎好的鸡肉放入锅中间,再把两粒蛋液倒入周围,煮至蛋凝固就可以了。淋在饭上,就是美味可口的一餐。
