Cencaruk 蒸肉碎蛋

很怀念的 Hei boey Kui, 不懂华语叫什么。

用两汤匙cencaruk, 肉碎和两粒蛋,加入两粒蛋份量的水,用叉子搅拌后放入蒸炉里蒸熟就可以了。不必加任何调味料,蒸好的蛋咸咸香香的,配饭配粥都好吃。
