简易版卤鸡

每天上班前都会把晚餐要煮的材料准备好,放工回来后就可以开炉来煮。有些是可以在上班前煮好的,回来煮热就可以吃了。这简易的卤鸡就是其中一道,把鸡肉在卤汁里浸了一个下午,更入味。IMG_20160301_184540

鸡腿肉稍微川烫去血水。拿一小锅放入适量的水,放入以下的香料,蒜头和姜,加入盐,头抽,冰糖和黑酱油煮20分钟后,放入鸡腿煮十分钟后关火(中途把鸡腿翻过来煮让两面都上色)。放工后煮热就行了。
