咸鱼花腩煲

很下饭的一道菜。。

材料:咸鱼,三层肉,姜片,青葱,洋葱,辣椒干。

做法:

1)把咸鱼块煎至金黄色,捞起备用。

2)爆香姜片,下辣椒干、葱段和洋葱炒后加入三层肉。

3)加入适量的水,放入黑酱油和蚝油调味。

4)加入煎好的咸鱼后放入砂锅里焖煮至肉软。

5)最后加入两汤匙的绍兴酒煮滚就可以了。
