简易花生饼

之前做过黏牙的简易花生饼,今年来个改良版本,很香很好吃又不黏牙。。

材料:粗粒花生酱170克,糖粉50克,油100ml,面粉250克。

花生酱,油和糖粉搅拌均匀后筛入面粉搅拌均匀。如果太干可以再加入油。搓成粒状,涂上蛋液。160度烤20分钟。
