黄酒当归蒸鸡

很适合放工后煮的一道。。

鸡腿去皮起骨两个,切小块,用两汤匙绍兴酒,一汤匙麻油,两汤匙头抽和少许的盐腌。

当归,龙眼肉,红枣,枸子,姜丝,全部材料铺在鸡肉上,加上三汤匙水,大火蒸二十五分钟至熟就可以了。
