咖喱鱼丸

材料:现成咖喱料,椰浆,蒜头和小葱头,鱼丸,豆干,包菜,长豆。

做法:

1)煮一锅水,把包菜和长豆汆烫后捞起备用。

2)用油爆香蒜头葱头,加入咖喱料小火炒至咖喱料香。

3)加入适量的水煮滚,放入豆干和鱼丸,煮大概十分钟后加入烫过的包菜和长豆。

4)最后加入椰浆,用酱油和糖调味就可以了。
