简易冒牌砂煲鸡饭

这个简单又好吃的“电饭锅”砂煲鸡饭在我家的出现率很高。周末买个起骨的鸡腿回来,洗净和浸软的香菇放入姜汁,五香粉,胡椒粉,糖,蚝油,黑酱油和麻油腌好,放入冰橱里冷冻。要煮前一晚拿出退冰,上班前爆香两片姜和蒜头,把腌好的鸡和香菇放入炒香,捞起。放工后洗米煮饭,把那鸡肉香菇倒在米上,加些黑酱油在米里,按钮开电煮饭,冲个凉出来饭就煮好开动啦。
