马来风味臭豆

这是马来同事教我煮的, 之前四大天王里的sambal 是我同事煮给我的,却煮不出她的版本。这次再向师父拜师,终于煮出很好吃很满意的臭豆。。

材料:香茅,洋葱,小葱头,蒜头,姜,辣椒干和belacan.

全部材料搅拌后放入油里慢火炒香。

炒的时候油可要放多些,加了盐和少许水慢火翻炒,我炒了大概三十分钟,再加入臭豆和虾炒,调味料方面加了阿叁哥水,辣椒酱,蚝油和适量的糖。

成功的炒出一盘色香味俱全的臭豆😃
