炸鲨鱼与白菜花

之前的麦片南瓜,炸得脆脆的南瓜条用了合隆粉来炸,这次加了Eno, 更加脆,很好吃。

这次用了鲨鱼肉和白菜花来炸,完全不用放任何调味料,炸到脆脆香香。

妈咪拿来沾辣椒酱和酸梅酱,妹妹只沾番茄酱,哥哥沾酸梅酱,番茄酱和蛋黄酱。爸爸四样酱都沾。
