芋头焖五花肉

焖得很香的芋头,简单的材料和煮法,只需要比较长的时间来焖煮。

芋头和三层肉,切块,用油把三层肉炒出油,加入芋头煎一煎,放入生抽王,五香粉和盐炒,加入适量的水焖煮至肉软。是不是太简单了?我用砂锅焖了大约45分钟,发现水快干了, 肉还没焖软,就再加水, 下次煮要一次过把水放多些。焖好的芋头很香很好吃,那肉咸咸香香的很下饭。
