姜葱鱼片(简易版本)

之前煮过的姜葱鱼片,都是把鱼片煎过才拿去煮,在巴杀买菜时卖菜的老板娘教我煮不用过油 的姜葱鱼片,简易来又好吃。。

买了半边没有骨的鱼,切块,撒些胡椒粉,酱油和薯粉腌好。IMG_20150506_062535

姜切片和青葱切段。。收进冰橱上班去咯。。。

放工后放少许油把姜片煸香,放入白色的葱段,下鱼半煎炒,放入适量的水焖煮,用黑酱油,蚝油,胡椒粉调味,煮要好时放入青葱段,一小匙麻油和用薯粉打芡就可以了。
