椰糖蜜汁叉烧

师傅家的椰糖蜜汁叉烧,看到了马上去买了一罐同样牌子的蜜汁叉烧酱。。

用1大匙糖和2大匙绍兴酒放入肉,放入冰箱腌2-3小时

调味料方面用了蒜头,叉烧酱, 椰糖碎,酱油和 黑酱油,多少就自己拿捏吧,放入冰橱冷冻。

要烤时把肉块放在铺了锡纸的烤盘上,包起来,放入预热的烤炉180度烤50分钟。烤一半时把肉翻转,把腌肉剩余的酱汁涂抹在叉烧上。
