九层塔炒鸡肉

买了一把九层塔,加上半个鸡胸肉和几粒小辣椒炒出来的一道简单美味的泰式九层塔鸡肉。

鸡胸肉切粒状,加入鱼露和薯粉腌过,炒香蒜头,加入小辣椒和鸡胸肉炒至熟透,用少许的糖和黑酱油调味,最后加入九层塔。

留一小撮九层塔切碎,敲两粒鸡蛋,加入适量的盐,炒了九层塔蛋。

干煎黑鲳鱼,把煎鱼剩下的油爆香些小葱头,再淋上酱油在鱼上。
