椰糖鸡

师傅家的家乡椰糖鸡简单的材料和做法,加上黑黑甜甜咸咸的汁,太好吃了。

材料:鸡腿肉,蒜头,豆酱,椰糖,黑酱油和适量的水。

做法:

1)炒香蒜头,加入豆酱和椰糖炒香,下鸡肉翻炒,放入适量 的黑酱油和水放入锅里焖煮至鸡肉软透。

上班前煮好,下班时煮热加上烫个菜,晚餐就解决了。
