蜂蜜小蛋糕

 材料 :

(A)牛油20g,蜜糖30g (B)鸡蛋2粒,糖20g (C)自发面粉40g 

做法:

1)A材料隔水煮溶。

2)用搅拌机把B材料打发,由慢至快,打至变浅色。

3)筛入自发面粉,用打蛋器搅拌, 再倒入(A),刮均匀后勺入纸杯。

4)170度烤15-20 分钟。
