栗子焖鸡

用麻油爆香几片姜,加入几瓣蒜头,下鸡肉炒一炒,加入适量的水和栗子煮滚,用生抽王,蚝油,黑酱油,胡椒粉和适量的糖调味,慢火焖煮至鸡肉和栗子软就可以了。 (我先把栗子用AMC锅煮好后盖着让那栗子焖软后,加入鸡肉煮时只需二十分钟,鸡肉和栗子就已经软透了)
