蒜子豆酱鱼块

材料:蒜子,姜片,鱼肉(切块加入盐和胡椒粉调味)

做法:

1)鱼块沾些薯粉煎熟,捞起备用。

2)煸香姜片,放入蒜子炒软,加入适量的豆酱和水煮滚。

3)把(1)的鱼块放入焖煮,用薯粉打芡。
