金银蛋蒸豆腐

材料: 咸蛋黄2粒,水豆腐 1块,鸡蛋1 粒 ,蒜头,肉碎,小葱头,青葱。

做法:

1)咸蛋 黄蒸熟用叉压碎。

2)1粒鸡蛋(我加了1粒鸡蛋份量的水),放入适量的盐,胡椒粉,麻油和少许的薯粉和咸蛋黄拌匀。

3)豆腐放入盘中,倒入蛋液,大火蒸十分钟至熟。

4)把小葱头爆香,捞起备用。

5)用油炒香蒜头,加入肉碎炒香,用蚝油,酱油,糖和胡椒粉调味,炒好铺在蒸好的豆腐蛋上,撒上小葱头和青葱粒。
