猪脚醋(2)

潮洲妹煮客家猪脚醋,之前有介绍过的猪脚醋,做法是一样的,这次纯粹是为了放上我觉得很好吃的唐山黑米醋与大家分享,因为有些猪脚醋还需放入椰糖调味,这唐山黑米醋只需 放入酱油调味,黑酱油和糖就不必放了,煮出来酸甜的程度刚刚好,简单又美味。。

一支猪前腿,2KG, 加入拍扁的姜块,加入以上的三分之二罐黑米醋(大罐的),放入适量的水和酱油调味焖煮至猪脚软透就可以了。(猪脚必须用热水烫汆过血水)
