鲜奶炖蛋

以上一盒牛奶加入适量的白糖煮至糖溶化,待冷。鸡蛋敲入碗里,用叉打匀,加入冷却的牛奶混合均匀。把碗放入蒸炉里蒸热,把蛋液沥入碗里,蒸10分钟。

以上的份量蒸了两碗,可能是开太大火了,结果蒸出来的蛋“满脸豆豆”。。
