咸鱼花腩煲

很好吃很下饭的一道菜,下次煮的时候要加些米煮多些饭。。

调味料:蚝油,胡椒粉,麻油,绍兴酒,糖和黑酱油

材料:姜片,洋葱,辣椒干,咸鱼,青葱

还有主角:三层肉

做法:

1)三层肉切块,放入酱油,胡椒粉和少许薯粉腌。

2)把咸鱼煎香,捞起备用。

3)爆香姜片,加入洋葱炒软,下葱段和辣椒干炒匀后加入三层肉炒。

4)放入调味料和适量的水煮滚。

5)放入煎好的咸鱼中火焖煮大概三十分钟至三层肉软。
