马铃薯面包

这个面包可算是在一团不成形的面团“抢救”回来的,不知为什么,根据食谱上的材料,打好的面团软成一垛东西,软绵绵的趴着,我只好拼命的加入高筋面粉,我也不知道到底我加了几把的粉下去,结果总算做成一个面包,而且还蛮软的,下次再试一试。。

这是原食谱的材料:-

马铃薯泥 – 150g,高筋面粉 – 270g,低筋面粉 –   30g,酵母 – 3/4 小匙,糖 – 20g,盐 – 1/4 小匙,水 – 150cc,奶油 – 30g
