黑胡椒鸡扒饭

哈,这不是主角,这是两个小瓜的咸香蜜汁“八爪鱼”和“鸡扒”。。。

拍照的技术有待进步,鸡扒看不到了。。

鸡扒的做法:

1)把鸡腿起骨,放入姜汁,蚝油,胡椒粉,糖,麻油和少许的薯粉腌隔夜。

2)用平底锅放入少许的油把鸡腿煎熟。 

3)炒软洋葱丝,放入蘑菇,加入黑胡椒酱和适量的水煮至蘑菇熟,淋在鸡腿上。
