糯米鸡-加料版本

上过的糯米鸡,这次加了咸蛋和水煮蛋,用了半公斤的糯米,三粒咸蛋,三粒鸡蛋,两个鸡腿,香菇,腊肠和虾米,一共做了九碗。。

腌鸡肉方面,我是很随意的放,这次的鸡肉用了五香粉,姜汁,蚝油和麻油腌隔夜。

很喜欢自己做的糯米鸡,调味料自己拿捏,不会像外面卖的那么咸和油。。
