咸蛋皮蛋肉碎蒸豆腐

这种菜色卖相色相都没有,但是味道倒是蛮不错的。。

放工回来匆匆忙忙的弄了那一“垛”咸蛋皮蛋肉碎,然后往那两片豆腐上堆上去,大火蒸熟就可以了。

豆腐上那些“黄点”是Chicken Stock,让蒸出来的汁比较好吃。。
