脆炸鱼片

用了儿子的喜欢的鱼片来炸成的鱼块,很满意这次的面糊,冷了也是蛮脆的。。

面糊:自发面粉,粘米粉三汤匙,薯粉两汤匙,一粒蛋白,一大匙食油,适量的水。

鱼片放入少许的盐和胡椒粉稍微腌一下就可以了。

  1. 炸鱼片或鲍鱼菇,你可以买tempura粉,加入冰水调成糊,放点盐,裹住鱼片或鲍鱼菇,然后再沾干的tempura粉,沾均匀,拿去炸,非常酥脆。我试过很多粉,tempura粉是最脆,放一段时间还脆,重炸也很脆。
