一鱼二煮-三味鱼与姜丝鱼

 

别看这鱼黑黑的,但是很好吃。。够酸,够辣,加上稍微带些甜。。。

汁料:酸柑两粒,挤出酸柑汁,小辣椒十条,糖,酱油适量。

做法:全部汁料加入适量的水煮滚,放些黑酱油和用薯粉打芡淋在煎好的鱼上。

 

鱼尾煎了姜丝和放些酱油下去,就是很咸香的姜丝鱼。
